I have been "littering" the Rust Belt and my friend's gardens with flowers for a while now. They bring joy.

I spent a big part of my career working as a baker and pastry chef in a couple of states. I love making beautiful food to help people celebrate their milestones and happy events.

My parents shared my love of food, a big reason I decided to go to school for it. I love seeing my friends bring their kids into the kitchen, it is a great way to bond,
share heritage and traditions.
